Bike
racks/ Carriers
The Theatre/box is quite big and with the various props quite heavy. I found the
stand that comes with the bike, the sort that lifts the rear wheel, had a
tendency to fall over. I made it wider it by at the base by adding a piece of
Pipe wider than the stand held on by two Jubilee Clips. This was better than
before but the best solution is to adapt a stand Pashley use for there Butchers
bikes usually fitted to the front but in this case adapted for the rear. I had
to lengthen the struts down as it was fitted to a bike with 20inch wheel and now
needs to reach the ground with a 26inch wheel.
A
pictured paints a thousand words so here is a picture.

Next
you will need to fix the box to the rack, and make this a quick release as you
will often need to remove the box for travel, or in lifts and going up stairs.

This
is how I did it:
A block of wood to locate the box and another block to secure it with a quick
release skewer.
Note:
I can produce a rack and carrier if anyone is interested contact for
price and availability.
